the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) is continuing to strengthen air connectivity to several regional destinations through its partnership with Transavia. Starting with the summer season, Ouarzazate and Dakhla will each benefit from three direct weekly flights from Paris-Orly.
For Ouarzazate, an additional weekly frequency has been added to the existing service. Flights will now operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays until October 31, 2026. ONMT and Transavia have also announced that they are in discussions to maintain this flight schedule throughout the winter season.
Dakhla is also seeing its air service expanded, with three weekly flights operating from Paris-Orly on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
According to ONMT, this development is part of its strategy to improve accessibility to Morocco’s regional tourist destinations and diversify the country’s tourism offering in international markets. The Office is investing in the expansion of air connectivity to support tourism growth beyond the country’s traditional destinations.
For Ouarzazate, the additional flights will make it easier for travelers to reach a destination renowned for its rich natural and cultural heritage. Meanwhile, Dakhla continues to strengthen its position as a premier destination for beach tourism and water sports, particularly kitesurfing and windsurfing.

With this expansion of its flight program, Transavia is further strengthening its presence in the Moroccan market. For ONMT, these new flight capacities are part of a broader regional development strategy focused on improving air connectivity while supporting ongoing promotional campaigns in key international source
